Maggi diet rules

  1. Don't suddenly go on a diet, prepare for it a week in advance.Eliminate carbohydrate-rich foods and replace them with protein-rich foods.

Day 5

  2. Baked fish, poultry or meat (180 g), vegetables stewed in juice (160 g).
  3. Rabbit in sour cream (150 g), Chuka salad (60 g), vegetables with lemon juice (120 g).

Day 6

Day 3
